Return / Refund Policy (T&C)

At Tuc&glo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns within the receipt of 3 days, but we are happy to offer product exchanges when eligible.

Exchange Terms

• If approved, we provide store credit, which can be used anytime on future purchases.
• If you are not satisfied with what you received, replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items Eligible For Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

• Manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered by Tuc&glo.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Replacement will be processed only after the returned item is received, quality checked, and approved for exchange.
• Exchange will be provided with available items or other products of your choice.
