We are happy to assist you during our working hours. If you contact us outside these hours, we will respond on the next working day. We kindly request customers not to message the WhatsApp number used for order confirmation or tracking updates, as it is exclusively for marketing and is not monitored.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 12 hours – 3 working days from the time of order placement.
Estimated Delivery Timeline After Dispatch
- Tamil Nadu : 1–3 days
- South India : 2–5 days
- North India : 5–8 days
- Special Border Areas : 4–15 days
Express Dispatch / Delivery
If you need urgent dispatch, please mention “URGENT” in the order notes and call our customer care during office hours.
Orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise on the next working day.
Express Delivery Charges
Additional charges apply for express delivery. These must be requested before dispatch.
Once shipped, delivery type cannot be changed.
Express service offers:
- First priority processing
- Same-day dispatch (before 3 PM)
Order Tracking
We provide:
- Details of delivery partner and reference ID
- Tracking updates within 2 hours of dispatch
Out-of-Stock Items
If an ordered size or color is unavailable, we will contact you within 1–5 working days to suggest alternatives or inform restock status before shipping.
Courier & Delays
Shipping is managed by third-party logistics partners. Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Public holidays
- Natural calamities
- Strikes or operational issues
In such cases, Tuc&glo is not liable, but we will actively support tracking.
Address & Contact Issues
If the parcel returns due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability, we incur double shipment cost.
- We cover the return-to-origin charge
- Customer must pay the shipping fee for re-dispatch
Please ensure accurate address & mobile number.
Lost / Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is lost or undelivered by our courier partner, we will resend a new parcel after initial verification.
Refunds are not applicable for lost shipments.
Common reasons: wrong pincode, customer not answering delivery calls, fake delivery updates, courier misrouting.
We request your patience and cooperation — we will ensure the product reaches you.
